    Në datë 26.06.2025 nëpërmjetë sistemit të ankesave elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik dhe autoritetit kontraktor është depozituar ankesa elektronike me numër A/2025/5482 dhe me nr. 1676/2025 Prot., date 26.06.2025 e operatorit ekonomik “Edion Grup” SHPK, për procedurën e prokurimit.
    Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës, u konstatua se objekti i saj lidhet me kundërshtimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave, mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së operatorit ekonomik “Edion Grup” SHPK, nga procedura e prokurimit të sipërcituar.
