Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “B&A-02” sh.a, pasi nuk permbush piken 2.3.2 te Kapacitetit Teknik pasi nuk ka ngarkuar ne SPE Licence per tregetimin e vajrave (Kodi: VIII.1.A “Tregetimi me shumice i naftes, gazit, nenprodukteve perfshire ato bio si dhe lendet djegese”). 2. “KAPPA - OIL” sh.a pasi nuk permbush piken 2.3.4 te Kapacitetit Teknik. 3. “VELLEZERIT AGALLIU 20” sh.a, pasi nuk permbush kriterin e vecante te kualifikimit, piken 2, nenpiken 1, shkronjen a) pasi nuk ka deklaruar adresen apo dokumentin konkret mbi bazen e te ciles/cilit autoriteti mund te beje verifikimin e vetdeklarimeve. Me datë 11.07.2025 Pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankimi elektronik me nr. A/2025/5546, dhe me nr. protokolli 1853/2025 datë 11.07.2025 e operatorit ekonomik “KAPPA - OIL” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit.
