Në datën 25.02.2026, nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik dhe pranë autoritetit kontraktor është administruar ankesa me numër ankimi elektronik A/2026/6362 datë 25.02.2026, dhe me numër protokolli nr. 601/2026 prot, datë 25.02.2026 e operatorit ekonomik “4 S” SHPK, me anë të së cilës kundërshtohet vendimmarrja e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi vlerësimit me pikë të propozimeve teknike të paraqitura nga operatorët ekonomikë të kualifikuar dhe konkretisht të propozimit teknik të operatorit ekonomik “4 S” SHPK, të propozimit teknik të operatorit ekonomik “DRIVE EXPERT ALBANIA” SHPK dhe të propozimit teknik të operatorit ekonomik “DION AL” SHPK, në procedurën e mësipërme të prokurimit.
