Operatori ekonomik “PIKO” sh.p.k., pasi nuk plotëson pikën 2.3 Kapaciteti Teknik të seksionit 2 Kriteret e Veçanta të Kualifikimi, pasi faturat tatimore të shitjes të deklaruara në SPE nga ana e OE, nuk janë të plotësuara sipas kërkesave të legjislacionit në fuqi. Për këtë arsye të gjitha faturat e deklaruara do të konsiderohen si të pavlefshme nga ana e KVO, dhe si rrjedhim kriteri i sipërpërmendur do të konsiderohet i papërmbushur. Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
