Në datën 02.08.2024 , autoriteti kontraktor ka publikuar Njoftimin Fituesit Paraprak të
procedurës së mësipërme të prokurimit në Sistemin e Prokurimit Elektronik, ku rezulton fitues
operatori ekonomik “MSE” SHPK. Në datën 12.08.2024 pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankimi elektronikme nr. A/2024/4426 si dhe nr. Protokolli 2259/2024 datë 12.08.2024 i operatorit ekonomik BNT ELECTRONICS SHPK. Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës, u konstatua, se objekti i ankesë lidhet me kundërshtimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave, mbi kualifikimin e ofertës së operatorit ekonomik “MSE” SHPK. Në datën 03.10.2024 pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankimi elektronik me nr. A/2024/4522 si dhe nr. 2844/2024 prot, datë 03.10.2024 I operatorit ekonomik “MSE” SHPK Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës, u konstatua se objekti i saj lidhet me kundërshtimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Shqyrtimit të Ankesës, mbi pranimin pjeserisht të ankesës së operatorit ekonomik “BNT Electrnoincs” SHPK per skualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik “MSE” SHPK nga procedura e prokurimit të sipërcituar. _____________________________________________ Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik vendosi me Vendim 1673/2024 date 25.11.2024 vendosi; - Të mos pranoje ankesen e paraqitur nga opratori ekonomik BNT ELECTRONICS SHPK per proceduren e mesiperme te prokurimit. - Te pranoje ankesen e operatorit ekonomik “MSE” SHPK per proceduren e mesiperme te prokurimit. - Autoriteti Kontraktor te vijoje me hapat e metejshem procedurial.
