Në datën 19.05.2025 nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të
Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa me numër ankimi elektronik A/2025/5325 dhe
me nr. 1275 prot., datë 19.05.2025 e operatorit ekonomik “ALMedical” SHPK me anë të së
cilës kërkohet modifikimi i kritereve të veçanta të procedurës së prokurimit të sipërcituar. KPP, pas shqyrtimit të ankesës së Operatorit ekonomik “ALMedical” SHPK , vendosi me Vendim Nr. 756/2025 datë 10.06.2025: 1. Të pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “ALMedical” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor të anulojë procedurën e prokurimit. Me datë 10.07.2025 Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik shqyrtoi çështjen mbi zbatimin e vendimit Nr. 756/2025 datë 10.06.2025 për procedurën e e prokurimit dhe vendosi me Vendim Nr. 888/2025: Të lejojë autoritetin kontraktor të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së Prokurimit. |
