Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “ARTEO 2018” SHPK, pasi nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokument kualifikues për procedurën e prokurimit në SPE, përveç Ekstraktit të QKB-së së tij. 2. “EKM Konstruksion & Teknologji ” SHPK, pasi nuk permbush piken 2.3.3 te Kapacitetit Teknik pasi nuk ka paraqitur deklaraten e kerkuar per te gjithe artikujt sipas tabeles ne shtojcen Nr.7 te DST. 3. “Alfred Tocila” P.F, pasi nuk permbush piken 2.3.3 te Kapacitetit Teknik pasi nuk ka paraqitur kataloge/fragmente te katalogut ose skede teknike nga prodhuesi/ose distributor i autorizuar per artikullin Nr 40 (Pompe Uji) te materialeve “vegla pune” sipas tabeles ne Shtojcen Nr.7 te DST. Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
