Në datën 15.01.2025 nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë autoritetit
kontraktor dhe njëherazi pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa me
numër ankimi elektronik A/2025/4986 dhe me nr. 144/2025 prot., datë 15.01.2025 e operatorit
ekonomik “EMC ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE CENTER” SHPK, duke kundërshtuar
vendimin e KVO-së mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “EMC
ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE CENTER” SHPK, nga procedura e prokurimit të
sipërcituar. Pas shqyrtimit te ankeses Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendim Nr.477 date 10.04.2025 vendosi; 1.Te pranoje ankesen e operatorit ekonomike “EMC ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE CENTER” SHPK, lidhur me proceduren e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor te rishikoje arsyet e skualifikimit te operatorit ekonomik“EMC ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE CENTER” SHPK. |
