Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “AES Communication”SHPK K72220501E Në dokumentacionin e dorëzuar në rrugë shkresore nga “AES Communication” Shpk me Nr.1945 dhe datë 24.06.2025 në përputhje me parashikimet e nenit 26 te VKM 285 me datë 19.05.2021 i ndryshuar, KVO ka evidentuar mangësi. 2. “NAOL” SHPK L92201032D rezulton se operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur asnjë ofertë ekonomike. 3. “Advanced Business Solutions - ABS” SHPK K21710002J rezulton se oferta e operatorit ekonomik nuk i përmbush të gjitha kriteret. Në datën 16.07.2025 nëpërmjetë sistemit të ankesave elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa me nr. Elektronik A/2025/5567 dhe me nr. 1906/2025 prot, datë 17.07.2025 e operatorit ekonomik “AES communication” SHPK në procedurën e prokurimit “E hapur, mbi kufirin e lartë monetar”, me REF-47486-05-09-2025, me objekt: “Mirëmbajtja e sistemeve të sigurisë për 3 vite ", me fond limit 42,505,766.40 lekë (pa tvsh), zhvilluar në datë 11.06.2025 nga autoriteti kontraktor, Autoriteti Portual Durrës. Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua se objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “AES communication” SHPK, si dhe vendimmarrjen e komisionit të vleresimit të ofertave për kualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Laviva Technologies” SHPK në procedurën e sipërpërmendur të prokurimit. |
