SHPK, me nr. 592/2026 prot., datë 25.02. 2026 dhe me numër ankimi elektronik A/2026/6361,
protokolluar me datë 25.02.2026, duke kërkuar modifikimin e dokumenteve të procedurës së
prokurimit objekt - ankimi. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik vendim Nr. 358 date 06.03.2026 vendosi: 1. Te mbylle ceshtjen per pjesen e pranuar te ankeses se operatorit ekonomik “Inpress” SHPKper proceduresn e prokurimit. 2. Te pranoje pjeserisht ankesen e operatorit ekonomik “Inpress” SHPK. 3. Autoriteti Kontraktor te kryej modifikimin e dokumentave te tenderit. |
