Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. "LEKA - 2007", pasi OE nuk ka paraqitur sipas shtojces 3 Listen e cmimeve te artikujve. Në datën 24.04.2025, pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është protokolluar ankesa me nr.1075 prot me numër ankimi elektronik A/2025/5268 datë 24.04.2025 e operatorit ekonomik “Bajro Bros” shpk. Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua, se objekti i ankesës lidhet me kundërshtimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi kualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Airen” shpk, në procedurën e prokurimit objekt ankimi. Në datë 14.05.2025, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik mori vendimin Nr.656/2025, ku vendosi: 1. Të pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Bajro Bros” SHPK në procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktues të kryejë rivlerësimin e procedurës së mësipërme në zbatim të konstatimeve të bëra nga Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik në këtë vendim. Me datë 27.05.2025 Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik shqyrtoi çështjen mbi zbatimin e vendimit Nr. 656/2025 datë 14.05.2025 për procedurën e e prokurimit dhe vendosi me Vendim Nr. 708 /2025: Të lejojë autoritetin kontraktor të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së Prokurimit. Ne njoftimin e Fituesit date 29.05.2025 eshte skualifikuar nga gara ofertuesi i meposhtem; 1.
