1. EVEREST, pasi OE nuk ka ngarkuar ne sistemin elektoronik dokumentat e kerkuara ne Dokumentat Standarte te Tenderit.
2 KUPA & NDREGJONI, pasi oferta ekonomike e OE Kupa shpk rezulton te jete nën 25% te fondit limit të përllogaritur.
3. AL-MEXWOOD & TOTILA , pasi nuk plotëson nr. e punëtorëve të kërkuar në DST.
4. NG STRUCTURES, pasi nuk plotëson nr. e punëtorëve të kërkuar në DST.
