1. Selvije Abasllari, pasi OE nuk plotson piken 2.3 Kapacite teknike,pasi nuk ka ngarkuar ne sistem vertetimin e leshuar nga enti publik per permbushjen me sukses te kontrates.
2. Xheri’s Company Shpk , pasi OE nuk plotson piken 2.2 Kapacitete ekonomike financiare,pasi nuk ka xhiro te deklaruar sepse sipas ekstraktit historik nga QKB eshte themeluar ne daten 12.03.2024. Gjithashtu OE nuk plotson piken 2.3 Kapacite teknike,pasi nuk ka ngarkuar ne sistem vertetimin e leshuar nga enti publik per permbushjen me sukses te kontrates.
Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
