1.ERVIN LUZI – NIPT: K71707007Q pasi ndriçuesit LED 100W dhe 150W të paraqitur nuk plotësonin kërkesën për shkallën e mbrojtjes IP66, pasi rezultuan IP65.
2.Ina Muca – NIPT: M22102009L pasi ndriçuesit LED 100W dhe 150W nuk plotësonin kërkesën për IP66 (rezultuan IP65) dhe mungonte stampimi i shkallës së mbrojtjes në trupin e ndriçuesit.
3.Qamil Doka – NIPT: L81924026A pasi ndriçuesit LED 100W dhe 150W nuk plotësonin kërkesën për IP66 (rezultuan IP65) dhe mungonte stampimi i shkallës së mbrojtjes në trupin e ndriçuesit.
