Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. OE “ISEC”, pasi nuk plotëson piken 1/b pasi nuk ka ngarkuar ne SPE Formularin Përmbledhës të Vetëdeklarimit, sipas Shtojcës 8, për rrjedhojë edhe kriteret dhe kërkesat: pikat 2.3.3; 2.3.4; 2.3.5; 2.3.6 & 2.3.7 që përmbushet nëpërmjet plotësimit dhe paraqitjes të formularit përmbledhës të vetëdeklarimit, sipas shtojcës 8 të DST. 2. OE “R. S. & M ”, pasi nga shqyrtimi i dokumentacionit te dorezuar ne SPE rezulton se operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur Shtojcen 1 ”Formularin e Ofertës” per proceduren objekt prokurimi. 3. OE “XHENGO SHPK ”, pasi Operatori ekonomik nuk plotëson pikën 1, shkronjën b. Sigurimin e Ofertës, sipas Shtojcës pasi nuk ka ngarkuar te sakte ne vlerë në SPE sigurimin e ofertës pikërisht e cila përcakton Formularin e sigurimit te ofertes Pika 3.1 Sigurimi i Ofertes sipas Operatorit ekonomik shuma e sigurimit të ofertës duhet te jete 170,606 (njëqind e shtatëdhjetë mije e gjashtëqind e gjashtë) lekë. 4.
